Very dreamy and 'Beatlesque', but I'm pretty proud of the composition here. This an early example of a more polished production.... A little richer in detail and with slightly better performances, it indicates I was moving forward, I was progressing.
The title refers to the buzzing, insect-laden trees in the summer heat of Brisbane, Australia (I visited in late 1990, wrote this, and then recorded it when I returned to Calgary).
